Jason Swanson, Liquor Operations Manager is a native of Iowa, yet began his career in Scotland. After moving to Minnesota in 2002, he spent the next decade managing a large liquor store in Plymouth prior to his current position in Buffalo. Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University.

Nancy Stauffer, Assistant Operations Manager, joined the Buffalo Wine & Spirits' staff in 2014. Nancy’s primary responsibility is managing the downtown location and coordinating our special events. Prior to joining us, Nancy was the Catering Director for the Medina Golf & Country Club for nearly two decades.
